No Egrets
Caddo Lake
We have a lot of Egrets and Blue Herons in the Carolinas and I always stop to just watch them fish. It really felt different to see them in their element in the Texas swamps. The stark white feathers against a tired fall swamp really make these stunning birds pop. When I can capture a wildlife moment in an amazing landscape, that is my most favorites of photography of all. Photo © copyright by Laurie R. Martin.
