Hiking out on this early morning sunrise in Canada, the sun and sky cast colors on the blanket of snow in front of me. I think growing up as a child in Arizona makes me appreciate snow so much. It has a calming effect on me and oddly I have developed a big tolerance for zero temps. The soft silky surface glows when beautiful light hits it in the early morning creating a quiet dreamy hike.
